BRANCHES HAS RE-OPENED

With a pinch of magic along with with any recipe she tackles, Brenda’s warm, friendly presence is one of the wonderful things that makes West Coast Gardens a little bit more like home. After taking over the Branches Coffee House late last year she has invested a ton (or more) of energy into bringing you a new and improved menu for the re-opening on February 1st.

Wondering what Branches will be serving? Get ready for all the seasonal soups, delicious treats, fresh baked breads and specialty coffees you can handle!

But first, coffee.

Coffee is no joke, especially first thing in the morning! We serve Fort Langley’s locally roasted Republica Coffee onsite to hit the spot. We love it and know you will too!

Cookies for days!

We’re bringing back your faves, including:

  • Sea Salted Chocolate Chip

These savoury treats are all freshly made with wholesome ingredients.

Pie oh Pie!  (Coming in March)

Another big one on the request list from the Branches customers was PIE. We will be partnering with Tartine Tarts to come up with flavour combinations to have ready for you in March 2017. You bet there’s going to be some tasty ice cream for a la mode lovers out there.
Are you more savoury than sweet? Good news! We will also be making some pies that eat like a meal. Here are a few to watch for in March:

Yes, soup for you!

All our soups are natural and free of preservatives, made mindfully in small batches and cooked with the best available ingredients.  It’s like all the Grandma’s in the world got together and shared their very best recipes. Along with our regular daily soup offering, we will be offering an additional rotating flavour each day (of the chef’s choice) for your enjoyment. Branches Chicken Noodle – (Nut Free, Lower in Sodium, Dairy Free)
Chunky vegetables, free-run chicken & noodles in a traditional bone broth. Just like Grandma’s.

Tuesday

Lucky 13 – (Vegan, Gluten Free, Lower in Sodium, Dairy Free)
13 veggies & legumes in a delicious vegetable broth

Wednesday

French Canadian Split Pea (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free)
A traditional recipe with split peas, carrots, ham, onion & celery.

Thursday

Classic Beef Barley (Nut free, Dairy Free)
Free-range beef mince, onion, carrot, celery & lots of pearl barley.

Friday

An American Onion in Paris (Dairy Free, Lower in Sodium, Nut Free)
Our version of tradition French onion soup

Saturday

Tomatoes with a Tan – (Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free)
Our cream of sun-dried tomato soup has been a crowd favourite from day one.
